Wholesale Orders: Upload Tax Exemption Documents

We recommend that if you are an organization making large orders with tax-exempt status, you fill out the form below so that we can have the necessary information to set you up in our system as tax-exempt. These are the states that currently do not collect sales tax: Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire & Oregon.

If you haven't ordered from us before, take a second to register a login/password so we can look you up in our system and mark you as exempt. Make sure this is complete before you fill out the sales tax form on this page.

We will need a current copy of your sales tax exemption document from your state. Click here to download the tax exemption document. Fill it out and upload it at the bottom of this page. Once we process your request, your account will be set up as tax-exempt on future orders. Please let us know if you have any questions.
