Screen printing pushes ink through a separate stencil for each color, which is why it needs a minimum order and charges per color. DTF prints your full design onto a film in one pass, then heat presses it onto the garment. That means unlimited colors at no extra cost, photo-real detail, and no minimum order. For small runs and full-color artwork, DTF is the better fit, which is why we use it.

Send the highest quality file you have. Vector artwork (AI, PDF, SVG) is best because it stays sharp at any size. If you only have a raster image, use a PNG with a transparent background at 300 DPI at the size you want it printed. Avoid screenshots, images pulled from social media, and low resolution JPGs, as these are already compressed and will look soft on fabric.

Turn the garment inside out and machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, then tumble dry low or hang to dry. Skip bleach and fabric softener, and do not iron directly over the print. Washed this way, a DTF print stays flexible and keeps its color through dozens of wash cycles.
