Even when I ordered on the Saturday before Christmas, I forgot to order the decal for a gift I was making, and was stressing out about arrival. My shipment arrived to Ohio on the 23rd. I am a LOYAL customer.
Great product, just be careful what you put in the box. I added extra instructions along with what I wanted on the tag and instead of reaching out to me for clarification it was all etched on the tag. Luckily the person who I gave it to thought it was funny, but over all it ruined the gift and meaning.

Really nice piece that that seller didn’t mind customizing and taking time to respond to my questions. I was able to get an exact quote o really like and they were able to make it very quickly. I had my new passport holder within days of ordering. I was really surprised at the turn around time so 10/10 for that and responsive sellers are so awesome! I do wish the etching was a little deeper as I’m worried about fading over time (happened with one I bought from a different seller ) but it may wear just fine so will update my review. Overalls would order again from them!
