DESCRIPTION:
Our state-of-the-art emblem solutions are perfect for a wide range of applications. From corporate branding to personal projects, Flexbroidery emblems are built to last, making them perfect for uniforms, accessories, and various types of apparel.

EMBLEM SIZE LIMITS:
Minimum: 0.5” x 0.5”
Maximum: 3.75” x 4”

COLORS:
This product accepts RGB, CMYK, and Pantone (PMS) color codes. Please note that all submitted colors will be converted to RGB, which may result in slight variations from the original PMS or CMYK colors. Neon, glitter, and reflective colors are not available for printing.

BACKING:
LOW MELT - This backing is more commonly used on wearables and
applied with a heat press.

LIMITATIONSLow Melt: Since the product is applied with heat, it is not recommended for use on materials that may be heat sensitive (ex. some nylons, silk, some plastics, leather, wool, fleece, etc.) Not recommended for weather treated materials, due to chemicals used that do not allow the emblems to adhere properly.

machine cycles at 104° F max.

LOW MELT BACKING WITH A 360 IQ™ HAT HEAT PRESS - HATS

• Top Temperature: 275°-285° F
• BottomTemperature: 315°-320° F
• Pressure: 50-70 PSI
• Preheat: N/A
• Dwell Time: 15-18 seconds
• Instructions: Place hat on heat press, leaving out the inner layer of the cap. Use a FlexStyle® Silicone Pad to protect the patch.

LOW MELT BACKING WITH TOP HEAT & BOTTOM HEAT - GARMENTS

• Top Temperature: 275°-285° F
• BottomTemperature: 270°-280° F
• Pressure: 50-70 PSI
• Preheat: N/A
• Dwell Time: 15-18 seconds
• Instructions: Place patch on desired location and secure it in place with Thermal Tape. . Use a FlexStyle® Silicone Pad to protect the patch.

LOW MELT BACKING WITH A TOP HEAT PRESS - GARMENTS

• Temperature: 355°-365° F
• Pressure: 40-50 PSI
• Preheat: 15-20 seconds
• Dwell Time: 15-20 seconds
• Instructions: Place patch on desired location and secure it in place with Thermal Tape. . Use a FlexStyle® Silicone Pad to protect the patch.

Production Time

Samples will take 2 days plus shipping. Production time will take 5 days plus shipping on an order up to 500 pieces. Add 1 day per 500 pieces.
