Sublimated patches can be made from any color, allowing you to digitally print photorealistic images and even match PMS colors.

Backings (lamination) does not cover the merrow border on the emblem. Please consider this when applying to your garments.

Sublimated Patches with merrow border must have a backing.

Limitations

Low melt - Recommended application for thicker materials, such as jackets, and hats that can withstand a heat press and 320°F. Not recommended for use on materials that may be heat sensitive (ex: some nylons, silk, some plastics, leather, wool, fleece, etc.) or for weather-treated materials, due to chemicals used that do not allow the emblems to adhere properly.
Pressure-sensitive - Recommended application is on flat, non-textured surfaces, including glass, plastic, wood, and metal. Not recommended for application on surfaces that may contain an oil finish, such as silicon, Teflon™, rough fabrics, or outdoor goods.
Velcro® – Both the hook and loop sides are included, with hook side sewn to the patch. Size restrictions adhere to the product’s minimum and maximum dimensions. Merrow border required. For emblems larger than 4” height, multiple strips of Velcro will need to be placed side by side.

Washing Information

Machine wash inside-out using mild detergent. Patches withstand 52 domestic wash cycles.

Shelf Life

One year shelf life before applying (room temperature-controlled environment).

PRESSURE-SENTITIVE

1. Clean application area with rubbing alcohol
2. Remove paper backing, press emblem firmly on desired location

LOW MELT BACKING WITH A 360 IQ™ HAT HEAT PRESS - HATS

• Top Temperature: 275°-285° F
• BottomTemperature: 315°-320° F
• Pressure: 60-80 PSI
• Preheat: N/A
• Dwell Time: 16-20 seconds
• Instructions: Place hat on heat press, leaving out the inner layer of the cap. Use a FlexStyle® Silicone Pad to protect the patch.

LOW MELT BACKING WITH TOP HEAT & BOTTOM HEAT - GARMENTS

• Top Temperature: 275°-285° F
• BottomTemperature: 315°-320° F
• Pressure: 60-80 PSI
• Preheat: N/A
• Dwell Time: 16-20 seconds
• Instructions: Place patch on desired location and secure it in place with Thermal Tape. . Use a FlexStyle® Silicone Pad to protect the patch.

LOW MELT BACKING WITH A TOP HEAT PRESS - GARMENTS

• Temperature: 315°-325° F
• Pressure: 70-80 PSI
• Preheat: N/A
• Dwell Time: 14-18 seconds
• Instructions: Place patch on desired location and secure it in place with Thermal Tape. Turn garment inside out and heat press.
• Optional: For delicate fabrics such as nylon, lycra, 100% polyester, etc. use a FlexStyle® Silicone Pad over garment for protection.

INDUSTRIAL HEAT SEAL

• Top Temperature: 395°-405° F
• BottomTemperature:395°-405° F
• Pressure: 60-80 PSI
• Preheat: N/A
• Dwell Time: 10-14 seconds
• Optional: For delicate fabrics such as nylon, lycra, 100% polyester, etc. use a FlexStyle® Silicone Pad over garment for protection.

Production Time

Samples will take 1 day plus shipping. Production time will take 1 day plus shipping on an order up to 2,500 pieces. Add 1 day per 2,500 pieces.
